We are one of the most experienced vapor mitigation contractor in the area, we have been installing vapor mitigation systems since 2010. We have extensive training in vapor and radon mitigation and are certified by AARST (American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists) NRPP (National Radon Proficiency Program) for radon mitigation and measurement and have an Advanced Diagnostics designation from the Minnesota Department of Health. We work in conjunction with the Pollution Control Agency and Department of Health to mitigate VOC and methane vapors in enclosed buildings to bring the indoor air quality to safe and healthy levels. We are experts at mitigating soil gasses in indoor spaces and we know the difference between a simple radon mitigation system and the much more complex vapor intrusion mitigation systems. We understand the need to use properly sized pipe made of the proper material for the job and properly sized fans that must be explosion proof in many cases. With our experience, training and diagnostic tools, we will design and install the most effective, efficient and reasonably priced system possible.
What We Do
Vapor intrusion occurs when volatile chemicals migrate from contaminated groundwater or soil into an overlying building. Mitigating flammable and nonflammable vapors is a complex process that involves initial property surveys, pre-mitigation diagnostics, proper design and installation of a system and a final diagnostics to ensure the system is working. The main methods of mitigation used are Sub-Slab Depressurization, Sub-Membrane Depressurization, Sub-Slab Pressurization , Building Pressurization, Indoor Air Treatment and Passive Barriers. Vapor Intrusions Systems will determine the best method, or combination of methods to use and ensure that the process is carried out meeting all PCA Best Management Practices and AARST standards and protocols to ensure the project is completed smoothly, successfully and on time. .
